Special screening with Marc-Joly Corcoran and Sylvie Longpré in attendance
Sylvie Longpré has been known as "Quebec's Barbie" for over 20 years, and for good reason: her devotion to her collection is matched only by the love of those who love what they collect too much. She shares with us her impressive collection, which she has cherished since childhood. Today, she has chosen to donate part of this collection to the Musée de la civilisation. In her approach to curator Lydia Bouchard, she hopes to give her dolls a new life, preserved for future generations-even after her death. From the meticulous selection of the dolls to their storage for an exhibition in 2026, we follow Sylvie, guided by a child's heart and an immeasurable love for these dolls.
